I understand that life happens and sometimes plans change! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a fee of 50% the scheduled service total.

Cancellations and reschedules made at least 24 hours in advance will not incur a fee.

Any outstanding cancellation fees must be paid in full before a new appointment can be booked.

Please plan to arrive on time for your appointment so we can make the most of our time together!

Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require your appointment to be shortened or rescheduled, depending on the services booked and my availability. 

If your appointment cannot be accomodated due to a late arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service total may apply.

Any outstanding fees must be paid before booking another appointment.

Appointments missed without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. 

Because appointments are reserved specifically for you, missed appointments leave little opportunity to accommodate another guest.

The no-show fee must be paid in full before any future appointments can be scheduled.

All hair extension services require a consultation prior to booking.

A $50 consultation fee is required and will be credited toward your final service total if you choose to move forward. 

A deposit covering the cost of the hair and any customizations is required to schedule your install appointment. Extension deposits are nonrefundable, as hair is sourced, ordered and customized specifically for you. 

The remaining service balance is due the day of your installation.

Your satisfaction is incredibly important to me! If you have any concerns about your hair following your appointment, please reach out to me within 7 days so we can discuss them.

Any necessary adjustments related to the original service will be evaluated and addressed on a case-by-case basis.

Changes to the color, length, or overall look agreed upon during your consultation are considered new services and will require an additional charge.
